Warranty

Tylö offers the best warranty terms in the market.

In addition to the warranty terms of the the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), Tylö's entire product range has a five-year material warranty, except for Group D products (accessories).

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. The receipt must be presented as proof of date of purchase.

This warranty applies within Sweden only. It is assumed that the product has been installed and used for private purposes only, in the manner for which it was designed and intended, in conformance with Tylö's written specifications and instructions. Electrical installations must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
